Klix is an all-in-one fitness platform designed to connect gym owners, trainers, and members. From memberships and class bookings to payments and community engagement, it brings every part of the fitness journey together in one seamless experience.

Overview.
Klix started with a simple challenge: fitness businesses were relying on multiple disconnected tools to manage memberships, classes, payments, and communication. The goal was to create a single platform that streamlined operations while strengthening the sense of community between owners, trainers, and members. I led the brand, product strategy, UX, and UI design from concept through to MVP.
The Brief.
Klix was designed to replace disconnected tools with one seamless experience. The project involved creating a brand identity, defining user journeys, and designing a complete product ecosystem covering memberships, class scheduling, payments, reporting, and member engagement. The goal was to create a platform that balanced operational efficiency with a strong sense of community.

The Challenge.
The biggest challenge was designing a platform that served multiple audiences without compromising the experience for any of them. Gym owners needed powerful management tools, trainers needed quick access to schedules and member information, while members expected a simple, mobile-first experience. The platform had to balance operational complexity behind the scenes with clarity and ease of use on the surface.

Project Impact.
I was responsible for shaping both the brand and product experience, ensuring every interaction felt connected, from onboarding and membership management to class booking and reporting. By creating a scalable design system and user-centred experience across web and mobile, Klix evolved into a platform that balances operational efficiency with a strong sense of community. The final product provides a foundation that can grow alongside gyms, trainers, and members alike.
